The rules for using ThumbAI and its thumbnail generation tools

These terms govern your use of ThumbAI. By using the website, creating an account, generating thumbnails, uploading assets, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
ThumbAI provides tools for creating YouTube thumbnail concepts, A/B-ready variants, generated images, downloads, and creator workflow features. Some features may be free, limited, experimental, or available only to paid plans.
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure and use accurate account information. We may restrict or suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, titles, scripts, reference images, portraits, videos, and other material you upload. You give ThumbAI the permission needed to process, store, transform, display, and deliver that content so the product can work.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload and use the content you provide. Do not upload private, illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading material.
AI generated thumbnails may be imperfect, inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review every output before publishing it. ThumbAI does not guarantee that a generated image will be unique, compliant with platform rules, or safe for commercial use in every situation.
Free and paid plans may include generation credits, rate limits, priority, export options, or other plan features. Credits may expire, reset, or change according to the plan shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Payments and subscription management are handled through Creem or another payment provider. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown during checkout. You can manage your subscription from the billing page when available.
You may not use ThumbAI to:
ThumbAI is provided as available. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features. We may also perform maintenance or respond to outages without advance notice.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that ThumbAI will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that generated outputs will meet your exact expectations.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ThumbAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of ThumbAI after changes means you accept the updated terms.
